We accept payment via our secure server by all major credit cards and by PayPal, we take payment in British Pounds (GBP). Where prices are shown in other currencies, this is for your information only and is approximate. The final payment amount will be shown in GBP.

If you have not received your order within the estimated times, then please contact us and we will track the dispatch and update you with the estimated date of arrival. Please note delivery times are dependent on individual postal services and are therefore not guaranteed.

Up until the point of dispatch you may contact us to cancel your order, and we will issue a full refund. 

We dispatch the goods from the UK, so orders to the UK destinations will be received without any import fees.

For EU destinations, import taxes you will be responsible for import taxes and customs fees. Unless you are a business customer who needs to claim back the local VAT in your country,. Note for wholesale orders we do not pay pre-pay - wholesale customers are always responsible for their own import taxes.

For Customers outside the EU, we do not currently have the option to pre-pay import taxes, and so there may be some import taxes to pay when the goods enter your country. Whether there will be taxes to pay and the amount payable depends on the value of the order, the type of goods, and your local tax regulation. Usually there is a threshold below which no import taxes will be charged. Please check the regulations in your country.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, then please contact us to arrange return. We will advise how to return the goods to us and will cover the cost of this. We will offer you the choice of either a replacement or refund.

If you wish to return the goods for any other reason, the please contact us in writing or by email within 14 days of receiving your order.The goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. 

Business to Business will be subject to a 10% restocking fee

Orders that are confirmed to be delivered via tracking information are not eligible for reimbursement from CowNected Earthing.

Please contact us if any of these problems arise and we will do whatever we can to find a solution.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Any personal data which you submit to us, either via this website or via other means, is stored securely and in accordance with the UK Data Protection & EU Regulation (GDPR) These regulations are applicable to the protection of your data wherever you are in the world. You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioners Office (IOC) if you think there is a problem with the way we are handling your data.

We hold your data for the purpose of fulfilling your purchase and providing after sales service. You can contact us at any time to request a copy of the data we hold, or to request that we amend or delete your data.

No email marketing will be forwarded as we consider this to be an infringement of our promise not to 'Bombard our Customers' 

All communication you have with us remains confidential. We will never share your contact details with any third party, except where necessary to complete your order (for example we may pass your address and contact details to a delivery company but only for the sole purpose of delivering your order.

Payment transactions are handled vis our secure server with high grade encryption, or by PayPal's server if you opt to pay this way. We never store credit card details.

We use cookies to remember the contents of your shopping trolley, and to track referrals from our affiliates. A cookie is a small piece of information which is stored in your web browser, and which you choose to accept or not depending on your settings. We only use 'first part' cookies, which means that they are never visible to other websites.
